A five course meal with five beer pairings…

1st Course

Shrimp & Spinach Salad – Crisp baby spinach topped with oven roasted almonds, mandarin oranges, cucumber, mint, and grilled shrimp with a citrus vinaigrette.

2nd Course

Butternut Squash Bisque – Roasted butternut squash bisque blended with clove, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Basil Chicken – Grilled chicken and basil béchamel sauce with sweet onion and grape tomato over herb-infused wild rice.
